Sharing The Love - Poly Article

The queer women's mag Cherrie magazine has just published my article on Polyamory in their February Mardi Gras issue! If you haven't seen it yet and want a look, go here: http://cherrie.e-p.net.au/features/sharing-the-love.html
I mentioned PolyOz at the end of the article in the resources section, so I'm hoping there are new visitors here who came over from Cherrie!!
For the article I have interviewed 4 queer women for this article from 3 cities in Australia. Although the 800 word limit was a real killer, I think I managed to squeeze in as much as possible while leaving it readable. I wanted to portray a slice of poly life in Australia and most importantly introduce lots of new women to poly and all it has to offer. As expected, there was a variety of sexual orientation, poly arrangements and opinions, and I wanted to preserve this diversity. There were additional insights: the women reported that lesbian circles are less accepting of poly than BDSM ones. Most thought it was a hard path but a tremendously satisfying one. All of them wished there was wider awareness of poly among subcultures, professionals and the general community. Writing this article was a very satisfying project and I hope to write some more for the mag in the future. I'm thinking about a rant article on jealousy! Any suggestions and ideas welcome! If you want to see poly life depicted in another forum or magazine as well and you think there's a chance they'll run it, let me know!
It was also great to finally be completely out and smiling on the bio page in my natural state... that is, with no pants on

ps: Cherrie is a free queer glossy mag for 'the not-so-straight woman'.
Distribution atm reaches Sydney and Melbourne, you can find it with the other gay papers on streets, in cafes, music shops etc.
The Feb issue may be out, but you can always read it online...
